Mission
Statement
1. To provide every client the best service of which we are
capable at Coco Isle Realty. To promote the interest of our client in an
atmosphere of fair play to others. To help our client prosper.
2. To enter into client relationships with expectations that
can actually be achieved. To enter agreements with buyers or sellers who are ready and
realistic concerning market forces and market pricing.
3. To use every professional resource to be sure a client does
not pay a price too high or sell at a price too low. To discourage a client from acting
contrary to his or her interest. To make sure we say nothing misleading to further a sale.
4. To help our client focus on true market data. To truly
represent a buyer in a purchase or a seller in marketing a home in a context of
recommendations about property values that is sound. To acknowledge and accept that
sometimes this means relating information our client would prefer not to hear, and to
understand that this may sometimes lose us business.
5. To set aside our personal concerns to the extent it is
correct to do so professionally on behalf of our client. To guarantee that our actions
towards a client and on a client's behalf are moral, ethical, legal, and adhere to high
professional standards.
6. To understand that the pursuit of our client's housing goal is a

disclose to a client all facts known to us that might affect or influence his or her
decisions.

buying or selling residential real estate on the island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii.

processes involved in buying, selling, and negotiating residential real estate in the
