" "From the day that we met James Patton while looking at Open Houses at Yacht Harbor Towers until the day that we obtained the keys to our condo, James was at our literal beck and call at anytime, anyplace.
"Once he had determined our financial parameters, he was able to narrow down our selection and well within 6 months we were owners. We had submitted a proposal on the apartment, James then researched recent transactions in the same building, took the average cost, floor level and was able to accurately provide us with valid information so that our proposal would be more or less within the ballpark.
